What would it feel like to move through December with your heart wide open?
December - A Month for Play & Love
Hi Lovely Human,
This December, we’re taking a break from the Mind, Body, Heart, Spirit theme to ease into the oftentimes busy end of year. It is the end of 2025, everyone will be closing out their Q4 goals, eagerly or apprehensively anticipating time with family. So my focus for you this month is to…play…to ease into this month asking yourself:
“How can I not only have more fun, enjoy and celebrate each passing moment of this month, but how can I share my joy and love with every single person I encounter?”
The Gift of Cheer
December is one of my favorite months of the year. Throughout my childhood and teen years, we had two solid months of “Christmas Push.” We formed caroling groups and every day we would perform at senior living homes, orphanages, schools, restaurants, private homes, anywhere and everywhere that they would let us share our song and merriment. Albeit grueling at times, it wired in the understanding that this season is a beautiful time to go the extra step to bring cheer to someone.
2 years ago, my sister and I raised money to give 50 orphans in Guatemala a big holiday party. They were the sweetest children, so grateful, so happy, so at peace, and so loving to one another. I was blown away and reminded that love is really all we need.
The holidays can be unreasonably tough for so many: family triggers, reminders of deep painful loneliness, or capitalist pressure to spend exorbitant amounts of money for gifts that no one really needs, driving them further into debt, all in an effort to feel loved and appreciated. Then we have our Scrooges, and they are the ones that need our smile the most.
Last night I hosted a Stoic Salon to discuss Wisdom Takes Work by Ryan Holiday, and one of the guests said he makes a point to find something nice to notice about every single person who passes him on the trail. Wow! That made me pause… What a far cry from the automatic judgment that tends to invade our minds as we pass our fellow human on the street.
Well I’m going to piggyback on his idea.
What if we decided to think a loving thought about everyone we pass this month? And when appropriate, what if we actually said it out loud?
It doesn’t take much to brighten someone’s day. I’ll accept this challenge. Will you join me?
Integration Tips for December
✨ Play, dance, laugh, and be merry as often as you freaking can
✨ Think a loving thought about every stranger you pass on your daily walk
✨ Make an effort to be just a little more curious with a person you meet at your holiday party
How much love can you give this season? Circle back at the end of the month and let me know how it went!
Did I tell you yet, that I LOVE YOU!!
🎧 Playlist of the Month
As much as I LOOOVE holiday music, I just can’t wait to share this playlist I’ve been listening to every morning. You know I can’t resist a good attunement first thing in the morning. These songs will light you up and get you vibin’ hard to some serious positive frequencies.

Integration isn’t always about going inward. Sometimes it’s about radiating outward and sharing the light you’ve cultivated with everyone you meet.
Where can you sprinkle a little more joy this month? Who in your life could use an extra smile or kind word?
Let’s make the world a little kinder this month. Thank you for reading this. I mean it with all my heart!
With joy and love,

I find this Season of Giving is more rewarding than receiving simply because we feel such joy and sense of kindness for others that rarely occurs unless you Give something of yourself to them! The recognition in our hearts of truly caring for another soul is so resonant!
