This August, I want to invite you into a practice thatās changed everything for me, a somatic version of the Miracle Morning. When life feels chaotic, this is the routine I dial back in.
After my own psychedelic journeys, Iāve often come back lit up with insight! However, itās so easy to let the lessons float away when thereās no anchor. This morning practice became my anchor and my way to attune back into harmony in my life.
Have you ever heard someone play a guitar that was out of tune? Yikes! Well, that becomes the way our vibrations are heard and felt around others and the universe when we donāt spend time attuning ourselves. Each of us are like that guitar. We need a little tuning every day.
ā”ļøAugust Integration Theme: Somatic Alignment in the Morning
Inspired by Hal Elrodās SAVERS framework (Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing), this month weāre infusing each element with body-first practices:
Silence: Start with breathwork or body scans
Affirmations: Say them while stretching or holding power poses
Visualization: Use movement or sound to amplify the vision
Exercise: Make it shortāsun salutes, a dance, a shake
Reading: Just one powerful paragraph that lights your fire
Scribing: Journal one page or voice note how your body feels today
ā° This can take 15 minutes or stretch into an hour. Start small, with one practice, hone it, and then add on!
